Responsibilities include (but aren't restricted to):

• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate employee
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Sign for and distribute courier/mail packages
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
• Assist the Admin in charge on any issue falling under the perview of administration

Knowledge & Skil requirements:

1. Education & experiece:

• High school diploma + graduation (any field) or equivalent degree
• Knowledge of computers (internet & basic MS office) & telephone protocol
• Basic knowledge of administrative procedures

2. Key Competencies:

• Good written & oral communication
• Customer orientation

3. Work Experience:

• 0-1year in a Front Desk role in any industry
